I always come here for pizza as it’s the most authentic pizza in Florence. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, and the restaurant itself feels very Italian. You should definitely try this place!

We stopped here for lunch, tasty pizzas and friendly service. It didn't really feel set up for children, no high chair offered to us. The pizzas were a bit different to some of the others we had in tuscany, much softer underneath, but very tasty.

We walked past last night and there was a que out of the door, so we opted for a trip this lunch it. It was delicious, busy, lots of Italian customers as well as tourists. We got a pizza each, lovely bases! Highly recommend.

There was a queue out the door when we arrived, fortunately we had booked a table online, authentic Florentine Pizza. This is clearly where the people of Florence buy takeaway or eat in. Great Pizza, really busy, noisy, fun restaurant. Fast friendly service and good...More

I have been in this place with friends during my trip to Florence and the experience was worth it ;) the pizza was well made, really tasty and with good ingredients. I advise everybody to try one of the best pizzerias in Florence.

Pizza was tasty (though not the best) and all 3 of the waitresses who served us were terrible - rude, impatient and rushed to get us out!

We ate on the evening of April 10th 2018. Whilst being quite cheap and tasty our Pizzas were undercooked and were not the best bases we had ever tasted. This seemed a very busy, cheapish place to have a pizza, with slightly offhand staff. A...More

Sometimes it is really exciting to go to places that are so well-known and COULD BE hyped. Il Pizzaiuolo is not. Stepping inside, and you know what you get. Local people lunching, some tourists, us, several others coming and going. The pizzas are both visually...More

I was there two years ago and the prices were great - we ordered burrata, pizza and wine for two and paid less than 30 euros.
