We had really good dinner last week, gnocchi were delicious however little small portion I'd say. My son's carbonara with artichokes was ok but my pasta with prawns was just amazing! ! Service need to improve, we were sitting outside after finishing our meal for little over 15 min. and no one came to clear plates or offer desserts so... More

One of our best meals ever in Florence! We didn't need a reservation on this Wednesday in April for dinner. Large restaurant inside with small patio by the door. Delicious food. We had the big "Padella" as an appetizer ( pan of seafood in broth) and then lamb chops for me and veal chop for hubby. Both so fresh tasting.... More

Very bad service. You made a reservation in internet and receivef a confirmation. The owner explain you, you have to leave. Une arnaque à l'italienne. Avoid this place !!

Wow. this is arguably the best meal I have had in Italy thus far; every single morsel was absolutely to die for, and while pricier, not totally outrageous. the service wasn't brilliant, but get used to it in Italy. I asked for my bill three times from two different people, and still had to go stand by the door to... More

I went there with a friend. Cosy atmosphere, nice staff, good service and more importantly, great food. We had the egg with truffles and asparagus ( a week after, I'm still thinking about it) and anchovies with butter as a starter. Then shrimp and tuna. The tuna was to die for. Next time I'm going to florence I am definitely... More

It is located a bit off the beaten tourist path, but it is definitely one of the best restaurants,i n Florence, especially if you love seafood. A very warm and cozy restaurant, the service was outstanding. We both ordered the seafood big pan, it was so fresh, so tasty and the portion was so generous. Try this restaurant if you... More

On a recommendation from a friend we crossed the Arno to try this place which was supposed to have good home style cooking. We weren't warned that they allowed dogs in the restaurant so we had dinner to the accompaniment of regular dog barking. The food was ok but not worth dealing with an annoying dog.

We ate at this restaurant because a local recommended it. The service was very good once they realized we were not demanding. We always watch our presumption of service. The food was excellent and when we were told the were out of porcini they accommodated us in other ways. We ate there 4 consecutive nights we had fried zucchini flowers,... More

The place is nice, but the food is too salty, fried and peppered. I have been here for few times, as I live nearby. But won't be back anymore.
