Bad quality of food, especially the main dishes (starters were acceptable). No knifes were included in the service (clients were supposed to cut meat with hands)!!!Extra charge for white wine! The guitarist at the end of the night played flamingo music and did really well (partially compensating for the poor food quality). Overall not recommended, no worth for 37Euro per... More

This place is really over-rated! Somewhat of a tourist trap. Lots of food offered.... all of it mediocre. Not only is it buffet style (which I personally hate- if I go out I want to be served.) But we also had to bring our dirty dishes to the kitchen counter!!!! The antipasti were mostly vegetables....all cold. Probably made during the... More

Every service staff was warm and knowledgable about Tuscan cuisine & colorful history of Cibreo Teatro del Sale . A good place to start if you want to taste real home cooked Tuscan food

Surrounded by Florentine families in this community theatre, we eat lunch - in the evenings show follows dinner. Really tasty hearty fresh food and great value.

Our family enjoyed the unique setting, with the chef yelling and announcing each dish, and walking up to see what it was. It was all fresh, delicious, and abundant. Even with picky eaters, we all enjoyed what they chose to cook that day. After all the food one can eat and wine one can drink, we were treated to a... More

We went on a night that the group L'Orage was the entertainment. The 37 Euros for both dinner and entertainment were well worth it. Since it was before the Christmas holiday the crowd was manageable and the food plenty. Although fun to hear the dishes shouted out from the kitchen, for the most part, the food was nothing exceptional. But... More

Surrounded by a lot of energy, come to the table foods followed with a prepared staging, finishing with a theatrical act in Italian (probability just to Italian people)

My partner and I were enjoying a different evening having dinner at Teatro del Sale. The food was not as interesting as we had hoped, but one cannot always have what you wish for. That is not the reason for my major disappointment. The chef was rude to several customers taking pictures of the staff and the kitchen - which... More
