The wild boar and polenta dish that the restaurant specialises is very good. The osso buco was truly dreadful. I ended eating (some) of it because my wife who was intended for could not touch it. Hardly any veal meat on the bone and what...More

Service was lousy. The famous Fiorentina steak was average. The pasta at the table next to us looked good though. And then at the end we questioned the €4 on the bill and it was a cover charge!!! Ridiculous.

We took lunch today. (Sat) we reached around 1:30pm. Not too crowded. 80% of tables are filled. We ordered roast pork, grilled chicken, gnocchi and strozzapretti. All turned out delicious. Food portion was just right. Good meal. Highly recommended.

Fun and busy restaurant on the other side of the Arno. Not to be missed and very popular with locals. THe staff makes you feel like family and you have to try the Wild Boar specials. Cozy and well done atmosphere.

We had a wonderful meal here: ‘primi, secondo e desert’. The menu is varied and offers typical dishes from Florence and Tuscany. The service is friendly and efficient. The cooking is fabulous and the prices are fair. We had to wait a bit to get...More

OK - so all the food was wonderful in this delightful little restaurant. But oh my - the onion flan with creamy truffle sauce was out of this world. I could have ordered a second one! Tables are a bit close but we ended up...More

We knew this would be a great place to eat when we could only get a table at 6.30pm and when we walked in the restaurant was already full! Set inside an amazing rustic trattoria building with lots of small tables the atmosphere was buzzing....More
