Not too far from the bus station and off the main streets, this is a little hard to find but well worth it. Don't try to go for early dinner - the place was all closed up and we had concerns that it was no longer there. But coming back at the normal dinner hour everything was as it should... More

The place is quite hidden but the terrace is lovely with a nice breeze even in the hottest days. The portions are large and prices quite cheap. We had pasta with aubergine and mint which was lovely and some pasta and smoked salmon and shrimps also very good.

There's an Italian restaurant review site called 2spaghi, with an app that searches out eating places in your vicinity. This is how I found Stravizi, which is in a dead end street off a dead-end street, but was well worth the excursion. Other reviewers say it's busy on weekends, but on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (we went back) it's very... More

Stra...vizi (as it is styalized on its signage) is an authentic Palermo experience. This means no menu in English and a wait staff who know very little English. So bring your English/Italian dictionary or, like us, you'll be flying blind! We arrived at 8 p.m. to a deserted restaurant. It wasn't until 9:30 p.m. that the locals started rolling in.... More

This restaurant is a couple of minutes from the train station, just off the main road. There is a small indoor eating area, but a much larger and nicer outdoor terrace. The restaurant and terrace are pleasant with a nice atmosphere. The menu has a good number of choices with options for everyone, all fairly priced. Portions are a good... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel - although I had already researched it on Trip Advisor and was planning to try it. The front of the restaurent looks unpromising but if you go through and up the starirs there is a lovely courtyard where quite a few tables were laid out. It is clearly a place that locals use... This restaurant was one of the best values we found in Palermo - dishes are fixed price - so any antipasto is around 4 euros, any primo is around 6, etc. The portions are reasonable and the service was very attentive and accommodating. Nice, well edited Sicilian wine list. Would recommend the sarde al beccafico.

None has reviewed this restaurant yet? Well, It worth the case. For 20Euros a complete lunch based on fish, wine and dessert included. The best "spaghetti al nero di seppia" I ever ate. Nice place to stay, close to central station. Recommended.
