Complete rip-off. We left with a bill off €100 for two people. They charged €30 for a grilled plaice, €19 for a grilled squit and €19 for four grilled prawns.

I think This is the best place in Catania. We loved everything about this place. There was a very good white wine. Thanks for the birthday surprise! ;)

The strength of the place is the price. First courses ranges between 6-11 euros and second courses between 6-17 euros. Pizzas between 4 and 9. We went two times and the dished are not exceptional. However, expecting fine cousine for that price is naive. We liked the mussels (pepata di cozze) and strongly disliked the pasta with sea urchins. The... More

We were hooked in off the street by a pleasant girl who told us the food was nice and cheap. We had just arrived from the airport and thought we'd give it a go. My partner had a romana pizza, which was a bit wet in the middle but passable and I had a marinara pizza which was swimming in... More

OK listen to what the staff recommend and you will not be disappointed. The seafood choice and dishes are simply brilliant, the flavours, the choice and the size of the portions are all to be recommended here. Not to mention the wonderful staff where nothing is too much trouble and of course the area you are in. Add in the... More

We had dinner here one evening, the restaurant had a good atmosphere and seemed very popular. The antipasti, main course, wine and value were all very good. Let down a bit by poor service.

We ate here 2 nights on the recommendation of the B&B we were staying at. Hard to find but a nice seafood restaurant. We both had a variety of fish over the 2 nights, I even tried sea urchin, probably never again. One thing we enjoyed was that they had a rose wine that we found went well with our... More

Me and my wife entered here by mistake and really enjoyed it. The staff is great and so are the pizza. I took the Sicily one. Deserts are also tasty even though they're not made on the spot were very good.

Lovely spot tucked away close to Piazza Duomo. Fantastic sardines, risotto a bit undercooked (if they actually used the correct rice) but 5 stars awarded due to the chap singing cheesy Italian love songs and the waitress doing her very best to upgrade me on the fish platter (but ultimately failing). Decent food in a decent setting.
