I only provide 2 "stars" because with all the good references we must have been unlucky. We felt the menu card was very confusing to start with. A lot of translation has to be done. And compared with menu cards for the rest of the...More

Stumbled into this place on our first night, a diner said he had had the best steak ever. Subsequently we returned 3 times, the food was excellent and the staff could not have been better. Even under pressure they were constantly checking that we were...More

I had a wonderful millefoglia of seasonal vegetables, pasta and fish. I have an eggplant allergy so asked to leave that out which the waiter told me wasn't a problem since nothing is preassembled. I managed to find room for a "s'cannoli" which is a...More

After the previous positive experiences in the old premises, we were rather disappointed by the change towards a more international and incompetent clientele of local cuisine. Even if the new location expresses its charm, the staff is kind and polite, at the end of the...More

Do not go to this restaurant if you want a quick meal. This restaurant serves beautiful food that is lovingly prepared, but it doesn’t come quick. We spent a lovely family evening, two couples, enjoying very fine food and very good wine. The service is...More

Nice concept and reasonable quality. Like the idea of slow food, naturally and locally sourced. I’m not sure if the donkey-themed menu is a gimmick, but I don’t mind. I’m old enough to remember when a lot of salumi was donkey meat, and I relished...More

We went for lunch. The setting is attractive in a nice way. The staff were helpful and lovely. And the food was excellent. Huge menu with a variety of different things, focusing on local ingredients. I would return again.
