How is Cafe Latino rated?

The wait staff all seem nice, and I was grateful ours spoke good English. The food and coffee were good and I was happy with the state of the washroom. Washrooms say a lot about a place to eat.

Pre dinner drinks

Lovely bar for an aperitivo before dinner. It’s back door entrance is opposite another great little bar Sardoa. And from the back you wouldn’t think it was anything. But at the front it has a lovely terrace on the town walls. Lovely aperol spritz with...3 lovely little bowls of free snacks. 👍More

Great Position Overlooking the Sea

After a long walk around the walls of Alghero, we dropped into Caffe Latino for a glass of wine. Service was a bit slow, but we were glad of the sit down and the amazing view over the sea. Nice wine, reasonably priced accompanied by...large bowls of peanuts and crisps, brought unexpectedly.More

Left the place disappointed

Overall it was ok except they tried to make me pay twice for one slice of cake. It’s more than enough for not going to this place ever again.

drinks in day and at night

very good place for daytime refreshment and night time drink. i would not normally review somewhere we just had a drink but we visited 3 times. a lovely view, very good service and reasonable prices.

Nice place for espresso or drinks

Harbour View, Shaded Seating

Lovely corner bar with a superb position overlooking the harbour. Lots of outdoor seating and plenty of umbrellas. We visited twice, once for a lunch snack and drinks and once just for evening drinks. The menu is limited but what they do serve is high...quality, tasty bar food. The fries and mixed seafood served in the cones were lovely. Very reasonably priced cocktails. The service was also excellent and staff helped sort of some confusion about the children's drinks.More

Excellent drinking place with great views

This is a great place for drinking after wandering around the old town of Alghero or ahead of an evening meal. Lots of outside tables shielded from the sun and great views out over the harbour. Big selection of beers and wines, plus good nibbles...which come with them free of charge. They do some food as well, which looked good, although we didn’t actually sample any.More

Great Location

We found this place very ealry in our holiday, siuated on the top of the city wall overlooking the marina. - We then used it almost every day - Especially liked the fried fish and fries dishes, served in cones and found this a great...meal to share with a few drinks. - Good WIFI (can be a bit spotty in the town) Good Staff and a great drinks menu - perfect for people watching and the sunsetMore

Beautiful view!

So beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. You can just sit and enjoy everything around you, the sea and people passing by. Coffee was of a good taste, nothing special but I liked it. I found prices just fine, not too high. Staff was efficient and...attentive, no problems with them.More
