First the good news, fabulous food and excellent service, however, our lack of Italian and the presence of several staff members pressuring us resulted in us being 'persuaded' to accept their menu choices instead of what we asked for. Instead of sharing one 5 piece Antipasti dish, we were given 5 separate dishes totalling €50!! Also, we were given an... More

Nice atmosphere. The good was really good, there is good choice of fresh fish and wines. Unfortunately they did not have the dessert we wanted( Tiramisu), but anyway it was nice experience.

Staff was hurried, owner nice but the wait staff seemed nervous. Pasta carbonara was best of the bunch. Risotto with date tomato was very lemony. Caution: when ordering a "fish entree" know that the fish is just in the sauce. We ordered sea bass with lemon and there had to be 1 ounce of fish in the entire dish. Disappointing.... More

Very nice located in 'ancient' room; stylish interior; good and friendly service; very nice food. Both visted by Italian residents and tourists. Value for money. We will return because it is very difficult to choose from the vast menu

We came on the recommend of the hotel staff, and was just round the corner. Being died in the wool Brits we eat early which was fortunate as by 21:00 this restaurant was full with people waiting for a table. Staff are very helpful, with the maitre d, constantly moving table to table. Top tip the menu is large so... More

This is a more modern restaurant than the osterias in old Bari. The food was excellent and the service very good. On a Saturday night you get a bib to wear when you are eating any of the pasta dishes. The restaurant gets very bisy so on Friday and Saturday nights it is advisable to book.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere. They prepared a special dish for me as requested, not being in the menu. Next time I'll definitely come back here!

A dinner for 6 turned into a bit of a waiting game as the pizza oven had broken down. We ordered starters and were pleased with them. The pizza oven finally kicked in and, after a long wait, we had our pizzas - nice and thin crusted. Very tasty. The staff is very unfriendly and seems to ignore most clients.... More

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The food was average and rather disappointing. In fact one out of 4 prawns in the expensive starter was off and I informed the staff. I think that due to language barriers, they did not seem to take any notice - they neither offered me a replacement prawn or a reduction in the... More
