I have been to this restaurant many times (over 25) the food and service are always fantastic. This really is hand cooked Indian cuisine at its best. The restaurant is always clean and tidy and the owners will always ensure you have a pleasant evening.

You will find good Indian food here with friendly and good service. Prices are fair. We eat a lot of Indian and have tried many restaurants. This is worth a stop if you enjoy Indian food.

We love indian food and we have it everywhere we go :) Definitely loved the place and food. Friendly staff, romantic atmosphere; we ate outside with a candlelight. Perfect!

Finally, an Indian restaurant that offers spicy dishes like their lamb vindalu (cooked to perfection!). If spicy is not what you seek, they also have plenty of non-spicy options on their menu. I topped my meal off with their moist, fig cake - just delicious! I will definitely return to try their other dishes and enjoy their cosy atmosphere.

Elefante Blu serves Indo-Ceylonese dishes. All of them with recognisable "Indian" names although the charming and helpful owner, Ernest, and his kitchen staff are from Sri Lanka. The flavours and spices are totally fresh and authentic. This review is solely based on the one lunch I had there; lamb vindaloo with basmati rice. It was extremely good. I asked Ernest... More

Food average, lacking subtlety and layering of favors that usual comes with Indian food. Dal undercooked and lacking spice, for example. Portion sizes of main courses and appetizers are small, allowing for tasting so not a bad thing. But 4 euros for a small side of rice on a plate (not bowl to keep heat), a tad high given also... Very good Indian food. The waiter (owner?) and waitress were professional and useful. The chicken tikka was one of the best I ever tried. We sure are not experts in wine, but also the bottle suggested by the waiter tasted very good (something not so common in ethnic restaurants) I had better Dal in other places, but then every family... I was invited by a friend and in all honesty felt skeptical about eating Indian in Verona. I am from London after all where Indian food is a pure delight, therefore my skepticism.. What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be. The food is good and authentic, the place really nice, and the service very friendly. Highly Recommended.

I enjoyed the food it was really good, as a place was just ok. For me the how the restaurant look is important and I probably wouldn't go there for a elegant dinner, it's fine for lunch. I could recommend it.
