My girlfriend and I had a really nice lunch here of a salad and a couple of pizzas plus an Aperol spritz and a beer. Great food and friendly service, walking distance from the center but without the hordes of tourists. Highly recommended.

I have been twice in Italy as a tourist and I had the best pizza in "Da Salvatore". The restaurant is not far away from the historical sights in the city center and in the same time it seems very popular among locals. My friends and I visited it for an early dinner around 7pm and the restaurant was very... More

We visited " Da Salvatore " pizzeria at Verona as a random choice on our way back to Venice. Surprisingly good, full with people place, where you could choose from several kind of typical Italian pizza. My vegetarian fungi was quite big and delicious. The prices are also ok. Only inconvenience was the stuff doesn't really speak English and we... More

It is certainly renowned, certainly worth the trip, but I advise going early, right when they open if you don't want all the noise. Who knows why they didn't pay attention to acoustics; I guess they thought the pizza was more important. For a full dining experience, it's a bust. For tasty, trustworthy pizza, it's a definite yes. And, be... More

Our family of four enjoyed the pizza so much that we had to come back for a second night. Delicious toppings and lovely, thin, wood - fired crust.

The pizza Is good, the service is good but the place is too noisy. You can't really talk to each other and the lights are very bright: not a relaxing atmosphere at all. It's very popular though so, if you decide to go there, be there early.

After a long walk in Verona charismatic narrow streets, we stopped in Pizzeria da Salvatore to quick lunch. The restaurant was busy and the service was slow, but the food was fantastic. We tried different types of pizza and it was up to our expectation

I went there a couple hours ago and it was worth it. It was suggested by a friend and I garantee the quality is very very good for the price! The staff is kind but don't speak english, just one person.

We found this place in the hotel's guidebook and thought it looked interesting because this place has been family-owned for 50 years! It's a funky place, with really neat tables made with reclaimed utensils and discarded metals and serves up some greta pizza. Warning: get here as close to opening as you can and queue up. Pizzas are served quickly,... More

Great pizza. Probably the best I had over 2 weeks in Northern Italy. Luckily we went here for lunch and had no problem getting a table. Came back another night for dinner and the place was absolutely packed. We had to go elsewhere unfortunately. So either come early in the evening or go for lunch, but don't miss out on... More
