We enjoyed our lunch in this restaurant. We had some very tasty burrata ravioli and for dessert creme brule and chocolate lava cake. Definitely a place to visit. Cheers.

It was our last night in Venice, and we needed a place to go for dinner. The first few restaurants we went to were full for the evening, and we eventually found Bentigodi located on a relatively quiet street. The sound of music drew us...More

Local, fresh, traditional and quite possibly the best food I've ever eaten. Trust the chef btw, if he recommends something, get it!

Without doubt this is one of the finest experiences you will have in Venice. Chef Domenico is a master and his staff are in a class by themselves. A true feast and well worth every euro. THIS IS THE BEST!

Hidden away in a side street, we weren't pounced on we were welcomed warmly by all the staff. The scallop starter was cooked beautifully, the sharing grilled fish was also amazing. Served with a nicely chilled white wine Excellent would visit again.

My husband and I ate here to celebrate our one year anniversary. The food was fantastic! The pasta melted in your mouth and the wine suggestion was great! We found it hard to find good food in Venice and did take away for the most...More

It's always a good sign when the restaurant you're eating in soon becomes full of locals. Such was the case with Bentigodi. We spotted it just off the main street and went to investigate. What looked promising turned out to be so. The Maitre d'...More

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
