The food was really great, the service too. But the prices are too high for the size of portions. You get too little for the price payed. Everything else was great.

We reserved this place in advance with the help of our hotel because it was close to our Hotel Scandinavia. It was nice that we were able to walk to dinner. The restaurant has some funky artwork and is Ital-typical looking inside. We ordered a...More

I heard this was a very popular traditional style eatery for locals. The grilled fish was good but not very big portion. It was smaller than a side. My friend had the seafood antipasto. Service was more grumpy than inviting. Not value for money Nor...More

We were simply amazed with the seafood pasta with mussels and clams. We even ordered the second plate! We also tried pasta in tomato and basil. The baked chicken is average but the rest are amazing! Worth visiting!

What I liked most about having lunch a al Mascaron was that we were given excellent service. We were seated at a great table for the two of us to talk. We were served without much interruption as we were very engaged in conversation during...More

This little restaurant is frequented by e gondoliers at lunch. We were there with friends for a wonderful dinner. We started with the caprese salad and the octopus salad. This was the first of the "real" tomatoes- nothing hot house about the taste here and...More

My daughter, husband and I went in based on the Tripadvisor stickers they displayed in doorway. After being seated, we waited a bit long for the waiter to take our order. The pasta is served at a 2 person minimum. We ordered 2 pasta dishes...More

We ordered the pasta....no fish or seafood. Had a white sauce...pretty good. Overall, if you can't handle fish or seafood, I'd suggest a different restaurant. This restaurant wasn't as good as its rating by Rick Steves... More
