We live about an hour away and take visitors to Venice often. Most of the food is low quality and expensive. This place is not that at all. When you get tired of eating overpriced spaghetti and frozen food, go here. Everything we had was...More

We staggered into this place after a delayed flight, desperate for food, we left feeling we had enjoyed a banquet of eastern delights. The staff are delightful, the food is both delicious and tasty. There was not a single bite that did not delight my...More

We enjoyed our lunch so much we booked for dinner. Interesting mix of middle eastern and Asian. Very good value compared with all other restaurants in Venice, in fact good value compared with just about anywhere!

Never disappoints me. Delicious meals for good price, servers are nice and good atmosphere. Having a quality place like this in the middle of venice where 80% of restaurants are a ripoff is certainly an added value!

I saw a MOUSE whilst dining inside this restaurant and immediately paid the bill and left. Food was pre-cooked in Bain maries. Nothing Indian or tasty. Absolutely disgusting!!

A very good location in calm area, although not by a canal. Not a big but good variety of dishes for quite cheap prices. Rice, meat, vegetables, sauces, desserts. Very friendly and speedy service. Young clients make the atmosphere lively.

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby
