Originally a good restaurant, now transformed in a production line of food. You entry in the restaurant and the waitresses are interested in fast results. You ask a beer and you couldn't see what kind of beer you are drinking. The food is similar as...More

This restaurant is one of Venice's finest and definitely worth trying to get a reservation. Don't arrive without a reservation as you will be disappointed. The food is amazing from the fried shrimp chips on arrival through to the soft shell crab, monk fish and...More

After missing out on our last trip, we really wanted to eat here this time. We took our chances, found our way there at lunch time, and were lucky enough to get a table. We shared the Venetian appetizers, had wonderful fresh fish, and my...More

It was hard to get a reservation but worth the wait. This a restaurant for people who love food and want to enjoy their meal. I would recommend going elsewhere if you are on a schedule. They are a packed place and each plate is...More

Nothing fancy. Just simple Italian fare, but made very well. One of the best meals we had in Venice.

Not sure why this place is so popular. Everything was over cooked, which is really bad for a seafood restaurant. Prices are high and service is rushed. Won't be back.

Had dinner here with my husband 2 weeks ago on the recommendation from a NY Times review. It was right on. Dinner was wonderful. We shared a varietal fish appetizer that had some traditional Venice fish preparations. I had the fried fish entree and my...More

Our hotel recommended this place for local fresh Vevetian food and that's exactly what we got. I got the seafood platter and each item was soft and tender which showcases the chefs skill on cooking seafood. My boyfriend ordered the grilled octopus with casear salad....More

The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the

markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San

Agree with comments below - well worth the splurge. Our cost was €110, two glasses of wine. Important to book ahead.

We found It quite easily just using a street guide out of a guide book. Just take your time. You need to book though. Hope you enjoy.

We actually visited the restaurant in October although I reviewed it in November. We got our hotel to book - but it is possible that it's closed in January.
