I have tasted pizza all over Italy and New York City. I also make my own version of thin crust pizza at home. Even so, I give Mandrillo my highest rating. There are so many variations of toppings (all fresh) that it takes some time to decide. All are creative and different from what is usually offered. This was my... More

On our first night arriving in Padova my husband and I really fancied a pizza. Wondering through the streets we came across this pizzeria and we certainly weren't disappointed. The choice was amazing ( it took us ages to go through the menu and decide) and when they arrived they were truly amazing. All the pizzas were excellent value and... More

I lived in the city for a year, and this was one of my favourite places to go. I recently visited for a holiday and nothing has changed. The staff are very helpful, the food is always good and if you get a seat outside it is a lovely way to spend an evening.

In the middle of a very hot day walking around Padova we happened on this neighborhood pizza place in the shadow of Santa Lucia church. We had a very good experience with service and food. The beer was frosty and white wine well chilled. Salad was nice. Pizza selection was wide and varied, including some unusual combinations. Overall a very... More

We really enjoyed their thin thickness pizza. This is really what makes you realize what a pizza should be : enjoy the pizza topping. For sure I recommend to all foreigners. In addition, They have a good size

I was here with 2 girlfriends. Everything was awesome (food, music, temp, smell etc). The waiter was very polite an nice, spoke poor English though, for this i will rate it 4/5. I will certainly return given the occasion :)

We had a day trip to Padova and after a walk in city centre we stumbled in this lovely place located in a warm and inviting street so we trusted our luck and sat down although all the tables had good looking foods on them we asked one of the guests her recommendation and she mentioned their pizza with fresh... We had pizza, pasta, salad and meat, all four were simple and good. Staff is friendly and present. It is always different to find a good restaurant in a city without being fooled on quality and/or price. Both were reasonable and satisfying. Nice restaurant in a nice city.

I asked for wine while I was eating. The waitress was acknowledged this. Then I asked again when the meal was half finished. I asked the waiter who told the waitress. Then the meal was over. 5 min passed and the wine came. I refused it as I was finished. I got no words of apology just a quick turn... More

This place is best known for their pizza, thy offer quite a HUGHE range of different types, but since we didn't have pizza but pasta, I can't say much about it. The pastas were not over the top, but quite nicely prepared (capesante and zucchini for me, quite a nice combination!). The best part about this place is the location... More
