This place offers vegeterian and vegan food, it is quite pricy for what you get, but there are some specialities you can not get easily elsewhere, nice location and internal design. Some tables are available also outside. Almond milk is there for a coffee. Nothing too special, quite clean and usually full for lunch so better reserve your table.

I love everything of this place- the atmosphere, the food, the peace and the service. It is my safe heaven 'cause Bolzano is not a very vegetarian friendly place but Humus has lot of options very interesting and tasty

We came here with our son, 3 years old. It was horrible - dirty, chaotic and the food was awful, certainly not what we were expecting. The falafel were dry, the salad looked like it had been made the previous day it was so dry and tasteless and same goes for the tahini and humus. The toilet - needed for... More

We just found Humus by chance on a morning stroll in Bolzano. It looked attractive enough for us to go back there for lunch. The falafel was so good I can't remember much about what else was on offer but the mint tea was also probably the best I've had. I'm sure there were lots of other nice - and... More

I was here last evening with some friends for dinner. An overall disappointment. Of all the daily dishes, they only had less than 5 portions left, not a single leaf of salad - although they boast on a separate page of the menu their salad made from organic veggies - to accompany the hummus or babaghanouj we ordered. I am... More

My friend and I came here for pre-dinner Prosecco and enjoyed it, though service was not that friendly.

We ordered a custom sampler of all sorts of vegan dishes. We loved the super light babaganoosh, the yummy humus, two rice dishes, interesting couscous, and the large salad with very fresh greens. They served us lots of toasted bread, too. B had a really good beer. Total cost about 40 euro and we were stuffed and very happy

We drove to Bolzano on the Friday morning for a look around and on recommendation from my partner’s family we had lunch at Humus in the old part of the city. With hindsight we were probably very unlucky with this visit; we arrived around 1 pm and found an OK table inside the restaurant which was just about full. The... More
