Had a really good wood fired pizza here. Really cheap and excellent food and friendly service. Seems to be an old fashioned family run establishment - doesn't get any more homely than that.
Don’t order a bottle of Barbera; it comes uncorked, probably the house spigot wine. One pizza was okay, the other, poor. Forget the trout. The best part was the free tomato on toast.

La Campana was busy, the service was quick, pleasant atmosphere, and the meals we chose were appetizing. A small anomaly with the bill quickly rectified without fuss.
We visited for lunch in September 2017. A great selection of authentic Italian pizzas. Service was attentive. You would struggle to find better value for money anywhere else in Orta San Giulio.
