The restaurant layout is peculiar and interesting. It is quite cosy, with a homey vibe. Adjoined is a small shop selling all things Thai. The store and restaurant were well decorated to suit its style. The food- We had chicken skewers with sweet chilli sauce, pad Thai and a nondescript soup of some kind. Not sure if they used the... Well it's not the best Thai but certainly not the worst. The chicken satay starter was served barely warm, the taste was good but bit dry as if reheated. The curry and Thai noodles ok but not so great. Better go to the Thai in pta Genova. This one could be missed. Also they are not too organized with the... More

If you love Thai food this is a real find. Lovingly created dishes served indoors or out in the middle of Milan. Best surprise is the bill. Really excellent Value and our waitress whose name we missed was absolutely lovely.

We arrived into Milan and after 2 weeks of Italian food by the lakes, fancied something different. We were welcomed by 2 friendly, helpful waitresses who spoke good English compared to our Italian. We ordered 2 curries, both only just warm with cold rice... Staff maintained they checked the temperature and they were satisfied. We were not taking any chances... More

Dear Madam, I am sorry that the food was not at the best temperature for you and I am sorry that you did not let the staff remedy in order to give you the best experience. If this is enough to refuse to dine, it's up to you and your sensibility and I respect it. I'm glad that you confirm... More

My husband and I came across this quaint cafe in a search for somewhere nice to eat on our last night in Milan We were pleased we did. As we do not speak Italian we were offered an English menu and a waitress, fluent in English made us feel very welcome. Our meals were delicious and were delivered to our... More

Despite the mixed reviews we decided to give it a try since we love Thai food: unfortunately it was a big disappointment. We read before that the food is actually cooked somewhere else and then warmed up in the place: the problem is it gets quite dry and, being microwaved, even gets cold very quickly. We shared an appetizer, a... More

An incredibly cozy restaurant with a warm familial atmosphere. Very good food and very friendly and nice staff. As the icing on the cake you will find beautiful jewelry right next door. My warmest recommendations!

The place is small and gets crowded with 12 people, especially when they stand at the bar or ask for information leaving the door open to freezing drafts. The food is good, but very westernised (no original thai spices, not spicy) to appeal to Italian taste. Portions are good and this is a plus as the pices are very high:... More

Tasty food in warm atmosphere, we went there three nights in a row.Two nights for dinner and one evening just for a glass of wine after a visit in the Artest shop. Recomend all a visit in both! They speak good english. Rekommenderar verkligen ett besök på både restaurangen och i den lilla smyckaffären som ligger vägg i vägg! Dessutom... More

Description
In 2012 the Thai Bistrot was born as an offshoot of the historic Artest jewelry shop of Corso Garibaldi in Milan. A small 50's dining room furnished with a Persian carpet, old cinema seats, a big gilded mirror and colonial wallpapers. As a background, bebop jazz music. Your lunch or dinner will be watered by a selected list of Italian wines, our special and classic cocktails and, of course, Singha beer, brewed in Thailand since 1932.
