Since 1930 is growing as one of the best ice cream maker in Milan. Definitely in my TOP10. Famous for wine and salty ice creams, Paganelli exceed also in standard flavors like chocolate sorbet with hazelnuts or egg cream.

A couple dozen quite fancy flavours, sweeter than average still very pleasant. Nicer, more personal and attentive service than most. Will be back
Good gelateria in Centrale area with lots of unique flavors. Reasonable prices (about 2.50 euros for 2 flavors).

A couple dozen flavours including some original ones - "Judas' blood" is chocolate with sour cherries. Reasonable prices, a couple of seats on a bench outside in good weather.
Great choice of gelateria if you have time & are waiting for a train at Milano Centrale. Good selection of flavors and it looked like they were all handmade by the friendly gentleman serving them. It was refreshingly non-touristy as well.
If you find yourself by Centrale, do yourself a favor and visit Francesco at his family's gelato shop! While studying abroad in Milan, my friends and I were lucky enough to have found this place early in the semester and made a visit there at...More
