The best place near Domo to eat, the staff very kind, good coffee and sandwiches as well, and the price are the best in the area.

Oh my goodness, Umberto (I hope that was his name) was the best waiter ever. He was so attentive, accommodating and made us feel so at ease. He took his time in recommending paninis for us. I had the salmon with yoghurt, ginger and nuts. So delicious and my husband had one with roast beef, truffles and Parmesan which he... More

Their panini are worth €5 each while the cold plates are €7,50. All were very good! The waiter was friendly, as well as all the staff!

We four adults had excellent toasted sandwiches here as a break from a day at the Duomo and surrounding area. The salads others had looked wonderful. Service was great. We ate in the back downstairs area which is small--don't be fooled by all the people ordering and leaving--you just have to walk to the back. Since it was December we... More

We arrived at just the right time to find a free table outside. Shortly after we sat down there was a queue of people ordering. We chose the porchetta panini and scalded beef with chicory. They were delicious. The waiter was fantastic. So busy but remembered everything we requested. And the price was very reasonable.

Found this place by accident - loved it is a must visit. Great value for money, great spot and very fresh food. The young waiter is amazing remembers everyone's order and makes everyone comfortable. You can pick and choose, change and eat or drink or both. Awesome place will definitely back. Highley recomended

This is a small place in the centre of Milan which does the best toasted sandwiches at a very reasonable price. We sat outside for about an hour around 2oclock and they were queuing outside for the entire time. There is nothing complicated about the food they do, it's just simple, tasty and fresh all at a reasonable price. If... More

Fantastic sandwich! Line was out the door for a reason. If you are in the area, would highly recommend for a quick bite.

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
