Location is definitely a mistero for this place, which makes it difficult to find. And you can get here only by car. From the outside you will barely notice it but the inside will surprise you with its old style somehow mysterious. The main reason to get there is obviously the food. Valentina is a Northern area of italy and... More

Location is not easy to find out without a gps, but at the end much more close to the city than others. Warm place with two main rooms, even the "external" one can be used in the winter time. Personnel is friendly and professionally well prepared. Owners always available and ready for friendly talks and/or explanations. I would suggest for... More

A great menu, good service in a great entourage. Hidden in many ways but what a nice place to eat and enjoy life.

This is a typical owner run Italian restaurant with a great ambiance (the restaurant is well decorated with typical antique pieces, with the perfect lighting). They serve typical dishes with a wide variety and I recommend sharing dishes so as to get a taste of most. The restaurant also has a varied and extensive wine list.

A place to discover in cold Milanese winter time. I got in there out of the heavy fog of the pianura padana. The place looks inside like a chalet suisse re-designed by my grand-mother. In fact it feels like home (I mean my grand-ma's home). one of the specialties is grilled meat on giant skewers...fine. The best comes with the... More

A great local, Valtellina cuisine, typical winter style restaurant, quite expensive but with an incredible quality and warm atmosphere. The pizzoccheri (typical pasta with cheese and vegetables) were simply magnificent, as he polenta taragna with or without truffles, an amazing delicacy.

If you want regional Valtellina cusine in Milan it's the right place. Entries with bresaola of all kinds, or other Valtellina's classical like scatt and so on. Pizzocceri are delicious. As main course tru Zigoiner (sliced meet cooked on a stick). Mushrooms of all kinds. Good wines. Nice garden in Summer.

Perfect for a cozy dinner with friends in winter. Try the Zigoiner (meat slices rolled up on a stick with polenta and porcini mushrooms), a real treat. Good wine list, ask the sommelier to match a local wine with your dinner. Warm, family-style service. Old farmhouse decoration.
