Place has been renovated but the winning formula still remains. There are new dishes and some old ones have been removed, also new rules impose you cannot order more than n of certain dishes, quality and presentation has gone up, if was possible, portions have decreased however value is still good, but was better before.. Eg, sashimi, portions are now... More

There are so many all you can eat sushi restaurants in Milan nowadays, it's difficult to find one that stands out but Hanabi does, with its quality food, friendly and welcoming service and beautifully decorated dining room . The food is gracefully presented on beautiful plates and the set price menu, very good value for money especially at lunchtime, offers... More

This restaurant is located in the east part of Milan, near the Metro stop Sant'Agostino. We had booked a table for four persons but they gave us a whatever table, so I guess the reservation is not really taken into account. The place is clean, like the bathroom as well, and has a design of contemporary chinese place. In short... More

Is my second time here and probably not the last. As last time i went for the 18eur all you can eat (japanese/sushi, chinese).. Is an a la carte resto, with table service.. Clean, elegant.. Can accomodate 100 customers (i guess).. 3 chefs at the sushi preparation table.. You can mix japanese food with chinese.. Drinks excluded..

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
