I wasn't really impressed by the food, but neither disappointed. I would say it was an average experience. The service was very good, everyone was polite. An average experience.

The food is excellent and the service is very good. We had the cheese plate (2 persons), one bottle of wine and one bottle of water, and lasagna and tortellini. The quality of the food is excellent and we paid around 50€. We would definitely go there again.

Had a nice lunch. Waitress was not very helpful which was a shame as the menu looked interesting but she couldn't be bothered to explain the ingredients. It might have just been a bad day for here but she did not leave a good impression. Went safe as a result and had s tasty lasagna.

If you don't like pork or smelly restaurants, don't go there. Even the water had a bad smell. It's empty and waiters don't speak English. It's a very wonder to me how it got such a high review. Don't go.

Great salami and cheese platters, fast and friendly service and good price-quality relationship. I would highly recommend for a light or more substantial lunch. Does not accept reservations for lunch.

Rude waiters, although the food is good, the worst service ever. They cramp four persons on a 30" table, we asked for a bigger table and offer to pay more charge but the waiter said no. Not worth the hassle

The very friendly staff accommodated our group of four at 8:15 pm without a reservation. All the food was great. Drinking wine out of bowls seems silly, though. Good value.

Lively, traditional and great value. Italy is known for its food and Salsamenteria does not disappoint. We popped in fir a quick lunch and a small chianti. Cheese and Palma ham was excellent. No coffee, so may need to find s nearby cafe to finish off your lunch

Tried their assorted selection of salamis. Worth the price! Their salami are delicious, and we also tried the warm wine (i forgot the name) that you have to drink in a bowl. Nice atmosphere, and friendly staff.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
