We really enjoyed this place. The food was good and the waiter was fun and attentative to our needs. One of us really wanted pasta Vongole, which was not on the menu, but the menu said to ask for other dishes if one had a special wish. So we got the Vongole, and it was good. A little bit unsure... I had dinner here in April and enjoyed every moment. The food was very good and the atmosphere warm and friendly. The waiter was very helpful with recommendations.

Very good! We had a great Carbonara(portion too small), fried egg with truffles and very good salads all around. Will definitely return.

We were fortunate to have been recommended this restaurant. Everything we ate was superb and delicious. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The food was fresh. Its important to time your meals if you want to eat at a good restaurant as the restaurants open during specific hours in Milano

This is a very traditional establishment in Milan. So I went there without any apprehension. But believe me, there are much better places at the same prices. What motivates me to write this review is that a salad of artichokes and parmesan (as an appetiser) and a few slices of culatello (as an appetiser) were priced at € 15 each!... More

I arrived in this restaurant to taste typical local food: the ossobuco and the milanese schnitzel. The experience has been very nice and the wine of the restaurant was at the level of the food. For sure I'll be here next time in Milan.

Great place for traditional Milanese dishes such as ossobucco, cotoletta and risotto Milanese. Friendly and helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. Bravo!

The service was very good in this higher end traditional osteria. The menu was good, the decor was traditional but definitely of a better caliber than your average place.

A restaurant referred by our hotel with high end italian traditional food. Burrata is delicious and recommended as well as the soup, waiters are welcoming and service is quick. Bill could be high

Not only the food, but the scene at this place deserves a mention! We were recommended it by a concierge at our hotel, and it delivered fully! Must try on the menu is the Stendahl antipasto with ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers and minced burrata! Also excellent selection of desert wines skillfully paired with the dolce)))

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
