Nicola, the owner and head chef, came out to our table to check on our food, which we adored. This is the restaurant you want to go to for authentic Milanese! Not touristic (which was our goal). Just a very simple place where the locals go for great food. We didn't speak Italian. And they didn't speak English. And we... More

At the recommendation of our B & B, Lafavia 4 Rooms, my wife and I ate here while staying in Milan the first week in September. The restaurant is small and appears to be family run. Be prepared to be adventurous since the menu is all in Italian and the waitstaff's English is very limited. Our waiter was a young... More

We were pretty disappointed after reading the ratings at tripadvisor. The food wasn't what we expected at all. It was partly burnt and not made with love the plates weren't looking nice and also didn't taste too good. I had de degustation menu from which I only ate 3,5 courses and after that we ordered the bill because it wasn't... More

Was looking for my wow meal in Italy and this was it. Melt in your mouth prosciutto. Burata cheese and warm bread. I am a happy camper.

Unpretentious and very Italian, this place was recommended by the B&B we were staying in and we were not disappointed. The food was very good with a wine list that didn't break the bank. Service was efficient and very friendly, made all the more pleasant by the young waitress who spoke almost perfect English and who looked after us on... More

Walked in past 10pm for a late dinner after a looooong day and could not have a better ending to the evening. Was waited on by a most lively and warm young gentleman, Claudio, who very ably demonstrated how mere service can be elevated to true hospitality with just a little intuition and kind attention. Chef-patron Nicola Ferrelli was on... More

Food is good. It is a funny place. My table is in the corner, this corner is not clean. There was a small fly around my wine glass during my dinner.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise in Milan's Chinatown. The food was great and the service was excellent. Our waiter Claudio was very helpful and friendly. The menu was inexpensive and unusual but very tasty. I am so glad that we stumbled into it while looking for someplace to eat dinner. Later the chef, Nicola, came out and talked to... More
