Cova is a good choice for those who are into spending a lot of money for very little food or drinks in a chic place. In no other place in Milan would you get a brioche and capuccino for 9 Euros (this is the price at the table, you would pay 4 euros at the bar). I also found the... More

The place has a great location, but the ratio of quality and price is quite bad. Service was soso ( we had to wait long to be seated, staff noticed us but ignored) and did feel forced.

Good to take a break while you're walking in Montenapoleone, love the ambiance, Cappuccino is always cold but delicious tiramisu and mini tarts and espresso.

This is a great and typical Italian coffeeshop in a luxury shopping location. Fantastic espresso and pastries. A must is the vanilla croissant :-)

I always come here to take coffee , but when I order Best cappuccino in the world I prefer to take a table . Table price is different you need to go direct to the table and order but if you want coffee you should pay next the door then you go to the bar to order . I love... More

This trip we went Cova Montenapoleone everyday for lunch or breakfast or just coffee. The ambiance is lovely and next year will be its 150th anniversary. The service is great, the ambiance is great and the coffee and food is really good.

Located just across Gucci store in via Montenapoleone, this is my favourite place for afternoon tea in Milan. They have the best Tiramisu, small bites and great coffee. The waiters are attentive. Always had a great time coming back to this cafe. Price is quite expensive compared to other coffee shops, but considering the location and the quality of food... More

This very old, but beautifully maintained bar / Reataurant was spectacular. Great bubbly & snacks, in a wonderful atmosphere.

Located on Via Montenapoleone this Patiserrie is a must to try. It is one of the oldest establishements with regulars from the area. Their chocolates and little pastries are the best. If you are having a drink at the bar try their Aperol Spritzer the best in town Mixed with their own Prosecco.

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
