Tiny small restaurant characterised by typical pugliese good . The antipasti are nice but nothing special and very basic but the burrata is good. Pasta a bit over cooked but good ingredients . The service is not great with the exception of the owner who knows how to manage the room . I did not like the fact that they... More

Our B&B owner recommended this restaurant as it was within walking distance. The meals are huge so he recommended sharing and that worked out great. Do be aware that their meats are mostly made from horse. We had orecchiette with clams and it as heavenly.

This restaurant is clearly loved by the locals so arrive by 8 if you don't have a reservation. As a horse lover, I was disappointed at the amount of 'cavallo' on the menu. We ordered their other options! Both choices were amazing! Enough to share. Loved it

Central and simple place at a good price (13-15 € / person), i highly recommend orecchiette alle cime di rapa and burrata, also their wine is good. Big portions so if you have left you can always take them away.

The food was good, but I've missed variety of Puglia dishes (you can choose from more than ten different types of orechiete, but it's not the only and main Pugliese speciality). I'd suggest this place more for the lunch rather than dinner, which might get screwed up due to rude customer service.

The place is nice, very simple and clean. The food is very good, and based on classic "puglia" 's recipes. The staff is nice and will be pleased to explain to you every recipe. Definitely a place to go if you want to try some good food and don't spend too much.

We came across this little restaurant just looking for something local, inexpensive and food to choose from. It was more than I exepected. First of all, we were a big group and the restaurant quite full, but they told us to wait 10 minutes and squeezed a table for the group. Then the waiter was quite good with English and... More

We had a wonderful dinner last night at IL Trullo. Their burratta is probably the best I've ever had. Their genuine olive oil from Bari is a delight as well as their selection of pickled vegetable. If you are in Milan and would like to try something typical of southern Puglia, this place is a must. Last but not least,... More

This is a simple, inexpensive but very good neighbourhood restaurant doing cooking from Puglia. We had the house style Orecchiette - 'nostra moda'. Excellent, and mixed at table. House wine also acceptable. Great service as well.a few families in as well. Overall a relaxed, pleasant restaurant.
