We had to wait a lot to get inside so booking in advance is definitely recommended. Still, it was worth it. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and the portions very big. If you are in this part of the city, it is a...More

Near to the station I used to go in this restaurant. I returned to it some years later and I found out that it has remained nice and good eating as in the past. The tortellini's and tagliatelle were good and the "pizzini alla siciliana"...More

Located near the old city centre, this place was obviously in demand by locals, as we had to line up to get in on a weekday night, despite heavy rain. There is an extensive menu of local specialties & old Italian favourites, and the food...More

In a convenient position, close to the main railways station, it offers good food at a reasonable price. Sea food is fine. Same as the pizza, prepared in a wood owen

Has anyone tried to get a table for 2 without booking on a Saturday lunch time? Thinking of trying it in a couple of weeks' time but not keen to be restrained by a specific time. Many thanks Michelle

I had no trouble just walking in without a reservation on a Wednesday lunchtime, but the weekend might be a different matter. I'd say you need a reservation if you want to be sure.
