Stumbled across this place by accident, looked nice (not touristy) so popped in. Menu was extensive, food was great, as were wines, so on the whole a very enjoyable lunch. Service was a bit odd (seemed as if our waiter disliked everything we said and did), and a couple of times during the meal we had to wait a bit,... More

Noce food, modest quantities. Try 'suggestions du chef" . Staff is friendly. We entered by chance but did not regret!

we had some good food, Italian and with good relation quality/price. The location is also really good, close to Navona and Campo de Fiori.

This restaurant was recommended by the front desk at our hotel. Remarkably there are a lot of fish dishes on the menu. My wife and I shared the turbot with a starter of steamed artichokes. Both dishes were quite good. Accompanying the grilled fish was a layer of very thinly sliced potatoes that were baked crispy almost like thick potato... More

Every time that I visited the dining rooms were filled with locals once including a large group of catholic bishops from around the world.

We ate at La Pollarola a few years ago, and since then we longed for their 'jewish' artichoke. This time we searched for the restaurant for a few days (after forgetting their name unfortunately). Their artichoke is still amazing, and we highly recommend the grilled sol as well.

This was the second year we visited this place and it didn't disappoint. Our waiter Rocco was friendly and helpful, service was great, food was delicious, and atmosphere was great. My only disappointment was that they didn't have the dish I was looking to enjoy again, but that was not the fault of the restaurant, it was due to Mother... More

We took the advices of one of the staff for our meal we had a mixture of starters from octopus salads to arichoke ,Parma ham to mushroom. 2 of... More

Sitting outdoor and inhaling Rome and have a decent lunch here is a very good experience. We had starteres and first course - and that was perfect and sufficient for lunch. Good quality of food and prices OK. Menu was not in English - normally a good sign to go after. Service friendly and efficiently.

Years ago we visited La Pollarolla with our son who was studying in Rome. The meal was so memorable we had to make sure we went back when visiting Rome with our two daughters. Once again it was our favorite spot. Rocco took great care of us. We set the menus aside and let him be our guide. From the... More
