If you have had enough pasta, which, for many people is impossible, this is the place to go. Right off of piazza, Navona, and easy to walk to. Service is good. Food is excellent. Dinner starts at 6:30 PM. The steaks look very good, but...the next platter of grilled meat is outstanding. My wife got the lamb ribs, which were unbelievably good. I had the beef ribs which were fabulous Be sure to try the empanadas and other appetizers The restaurant also has an easy to get to restroom which is not upper downstairs like many and this area. It is a place that you were enjoy. Very moderately priced. With entrée and appetizers and no alcohol around $30 a person.More
Not sets for kids attention not good and needs more attention when I arrived price too high and I see it a lot of variety food
Excellent, nothing more to say . Highly recommended! It’s like to be really in Buenos Aires. Enjoy this place
The Mrs and I tried this pace after overdosing on pasta for a week and it did not disappoint. Both ordered filets with a bottle of malbec and a yucca chips (must try these) for a starter. Left feeling very satisfied and recharged. When you...are ready for a break from nonstop carbs, stop in.More
The tenderloin steak was fantastic - cooked to perfection and totally melt in the mouth. My wife had a paranoid large salad which she said was tasty and she doesn’t please easily!!
On our last night in Rome we decided to eat something other than pasta and pizza, so we chose Baires!I am really glad that our choice was beyond our expectations! Excellent dishes, amazing service and a real value for money! We will certainly go back when...we come to Rome again!More
1. They got confused with the meals. 2. Took too long to get the meals. 3. The meat was very terrible and not eatable. 4. The recommended wine by the staff was below average.
Finally i returned to the "crime scene" after 17 whole years!!!! Meat in big chunks cooked to perfection. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for! ❤
Dropped in for some dinner with some friends. Got myself some Black Pudding Sausages as a starter and a 400g Sirloin for the main course matched with some Yuca chips and house red wine. The Sausages were damn tasty, a small reminder of similar ones...we have in Finland as well. The steak was 400g of pure meat. Pretty much no fat and damn tasty. No bit was left uneaten. Would strongly recommend for anyone with an aching for some fine meat!More
We got empanadas and churros from this place and they were nothing special. I've always been delighted by Argentinean empanadas, but this place did not delight us. The meat empanadas were too salty and the vegetable ones were bland. The churros were ok but a...bit hard, so I will have to go back and try the meats to see it that is better. If you go just for empanadas, don't do it.More
Great meat, delicious and good prices! We had 1 mixto Angus 550gr, 1 salad criola, 2 sangria and churros con dulce de leche. Also great service, friendly and polite!
Fair food, rather poor service, The place was unfortunately empty as we went there on one of the first reopening days after the lockdown period...hence rather sad atmosphere. We had meat/veggie pastries and some sirloin steaks. Quality was OKeish..but nothing special ...wine choice range was...a bit disappointing. Value for money, considering Rome, were fair.More
They were delicious... I’m in love with the churros “caseros” con dulce de leche😻 Good customer service and good atmosphere
A real pleasure to discover this place, not that visible from the street. It’s really worth entering (even if it looks full: there is another room downstairs). And the meat is really great. Of course the pandilla, but also the filet (we couldn’t try all,...but we will come back). The service is good, and the owner very kind. So different from all the places for tourists around. One of the best places.More
