Fantastic seafood, reasonable prices. Zabaione preparation show. One waiter speaks English. Lots of local people esp after 8 pm, also open for lunch on Saturdays. Families, casual. Great tiramisu. One of my favorites during our holiday in Rome.

Il Focolare is a popular neighborhood restaurant with really, really good food. The most outstanding dish was the pasta carbonara which was very rich and creamy. We also had the bolognese - also excellent.

This restaurant is just excellent and our favorite in Rome. It is a local restaurant outside the tourist traps with mainly Italian customers. The pizzas are great, the seafood is great, actually all meals are great. Just go.

Typical Italian/Roman restaurant where you can eat Well at reasonable prices. We loved it and the tiramisu is one of the best. Wood oven for pizzas too. In one week we went 3 times!

Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is
