The pappardelle was to die for 2 nights in a row now who eats the same dish 2 nights in a row. As all Rome restaurants you have to know what to order do not let them dictate you order or you will have a bill blow out not the plate of vegetables 20euros or 30 euros.

As a family of four we arrived here in a cold and rainy evening. We've got here a cozy place, the waiter was chatting, sympathetic, energetic and informative. He helped us to choose dishes, and was a good choice. Four different pastas, excellent, red house wine, juice and beer, dessert, funny and friendly atmosphere. On this narrow street are several... Located in a side road near the centre (few minutes from fontana di trevi), it was suggested by a local. Excellent choice! The choice of local food is quite big and the staff is very helpful to suggest and prepare out of the list. The pasta is amazingly prepared and tasty. The local wine is good enough and the final... Warm cozy restaurant with even warmer staff. All the staff! Good recommendations for our meal- pesto pasta, porcini mushrooms aglio olio, beef slices with rockets in red wine sauce were simply delicious Mario who served us understood we were sharing and proactively divided the food up for us. Almost forgot. The stater plates of mixed vegetables and artichokes were great!... More

It was my 15 time coming here and it is one of the best Italian restaurants in the world and it is not a story it's the real thing. Great food every dish is so simple real and full of tastes. Go there have good wine and try every dish they serve. Keep the quality!

Absolutely amazing food and service we loved eating here and also how friendly the wait staff are. The best part about Italian service is when they order (and insist on their recommendations) to make your night special we'd highly recommend this one

Not always easy as a tourist to find a good restaurant in a big city that is not a tourist trap. But we walked by Pisciapiano and it made a good impression and the impression was not wrong, very good typical Italian food. Superb staff, we were with a group of nine and no problem, they put some tables together... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
