As every romans knows, there is a dispute about which pizza style is better: Rome style or Naples style. Among Naples style pizzeria, I would give 'o Masto the title of the best pizza in Rome. The place is really crowded with tables, so little room for quiet conversation, but the service is fast, efficient and courteous. Prices are good:... More

This place is quite unique - it's clear from the decor that this restaurant has been around awhile and they're not trying to "modernize" with tredny or unnecessary decor. The restaurant is huge and definitely family friendly - there were kids dancing in the middle of tables, sort of like at a family reception. What's great about this place is... More

Traditional napolitan pizzeria.. i love.margherita pizza with bufala mozzarella :) the place is big but with old forniture. Waiters are very kind and the price for the quality is not too bad. Attention:ask for napolitan pizza because it has the border more big than a normal pizza :)

Expensive and low quality, I didn't expect this from a restaurant in Rome. We had dinner here by chance because we stayed near the restaurant but we had a bad experience. What we didn't like at all was the attitude of the waiter, smiling but then charging a huge amount. The pizza if fluffy and tasteless and the seafood salad... More

We payed 83 euro for: 1 pizza, 1 clam dish, 1 baccala', 1 cheap wine , 2 beers. I cannot believe we had to pay so much but they were right, prices were written on the menu. BAccala' was super salty, clams were tasteless and pizza a sad flat tasteless poor thing. Avoid this place, it's not worth.

Specialties are: - mozzarella di bufala, fresh and daily arrival from Caserta area; fantastic taste go for it. - pizza made like original napolitan pizza, well coocked (crispy on the round and soft in the middle); give a try the one with fresh "bufala" mozzarella on top it's delicious. - focaccia and bread are also very good, since are home...
