If you want to go where the tourists eat, this is the place to go. The service was horrible - rude, inhospitable and just bad all around. The food is even worse. Poorly seasoned, no taste, just bad!!!! Do not go here!!

Lovely and central location only a few mins from the Coliseum. Riding somewhat on its reputation and former glory! Average food and tasty but nothing special. Watch out for the cover charge of €1.50 per person disguised as bread, there is no option but to...More

This was the highlight of our Rome trip. Family owned. The staff truly cared about what we ordered and if we liked it. Stuffed zucchini blossoms were sublime. Both our pastas were probably the best we've ever had. Wine recommendation was perfect and fairly priced....More

Had to wait 45 minutes for a table but it was worth the wait. Had the chefs special 'sophie' steak which was quite simply delicious. The Ravioli pasta was excellent also, full of flavour. For dessert the white chocolate souffle was the best I've ever...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have only just seen your question. This restaurant is close to the colosseum. I would say from the Trevi fountain it would be a twenty minute walk.

Honestly I don't know. They are very family oriented, so maybe not open on Christmas...I would call them.
