Visited this great place one afternoon after reading an article about Rome's wine bars. The selection of wines has to be seen to be believed! We sat down, ordered some patè and meats. 2 bottles of wine later we were very happy and pleased with ourselves.

If you find yourself hungry and happen to be near Piazza Navona, you MUST stop by this place for a bite! The pâté there is ridiculous (go for the sampler). They also have an extensive wine list that's bound to have something you'll enjoy. The outdoor seating is kind of cramped; but it does make for some pretty great people... More

Our Airbnb host recommended this small restaurant and it didn't disappoint. A small place with walls lined with wine. Good service. Although they don't take reservations, you should stop by or call on the day to get your name on 'the' list. When you show up that night you'll be much higher up on that night's list. People not on... More

Food is without a doubt, amazing! Though to be honest every time were here we ALWAYS order the same thing because its like crack! and I'm talking about the meatballs with mashed potatoes, wow. HUGE wine list. lovely Tiramisu. Unfortunately, the service is inconsistent depending on the time of day and wait staff availability. If you're lucky, you'll get someone engaging... More

Every time I visit Rome I make sure to get to Cul de Sac at least once. Their pasta is fresh, the cheese plates are amazing, and they know their wine. Make reservations on weekends because it gets busy.

Came here for lunch on the recommendation of my daughter. Was lucky to get a table as the place was really busy. I chose lentil soup and my wife had roasted vegetables with goat's cheese; both were simple but nicely done. For dolce we had almond tart with orange and chocolate with sour cherries, yum! Service brisk. Atmosphere good. Plenty... More

During our stay in Rome my partner had decided in advance that she wanted to visit this place; so, when we found ourselves nearby we didn't hesitate to check it out. We didn't enjoy a meal hear we simply visited to a few drinks and a snack. My partner enjoyed the most wonderful glass of prosecco, she has become quite... More

Another place that my daughter recommended while studying in Rome. Very nice informal spot in a little square just off of Piazza Nuvono. We sat outside on the square and had a very enjoyable lunch. Also a good place to people watch as folks stream back and forth from the Vatican and the many shops along the way. I had... More

Best food and wine we had in Italy. The queues begin at 7pm or so . You put your name down and then wait for a table either outside or in one of the nearby bars. The food was worth the wait. The staff were excellent at suggesting wines to go with the food. Not expensive for what you get.... More

This is a place for food and wine lovers, since their selection is great! The location is extra cool and it's lovely to have food outside, a few meters away from Piazza Navona. Service is excellent, everybody is very kind and ready to offer advice about wine. You cannot reserve a table, so be ready for a cue, but it... More
