We really liked this restaurant. The staff quickly found us a table outside in the sunshine. The food was amazing, service was excellent, and prices were very reasonable. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and the restaurant (and loos) were very clean. Highly recommended.

I travelled to Rome with a group of four other Irish girls. Much to our dismay when we arrived in Rome after a very early flight and a few mishaps trying to find our accommodation we were informed that our accommodation had been double-booked and as a result we had nowhere to stay. While we were trying to sort out... More

We went there just for a quick snack and we ended up having a huge and beautiful meal, thanks to great Giulio, strongly recommended to all the Aussies that pass nearby. Siamo entrati per un pasto veloce e l`abbiamo finita con un ottimo pasto di 5 portate grazie al mitico Giulio. We will be back for sure... torneremo di sicuro.... More

Pizza was like in school canteen, with very little ingredients, hardly any cheese and lots of ketchup-like tomato pasta. Atmosphere is good, but dissaponted with quality of food

After we had finished our mammoth tour of the Vatican museums, we were starving and so headed down some of the nearby side streets. Several places were shut till 6, but boy were we glad of that when we happened upon this place! Guided in from the street to the sound of the Italian mama of the place shouting 'best... More

Restaurant is a few minutes away from the Vatican museum which is the only positive thing I have to say about this place. We ordered the fungi pizza which was advertised with mozerrela and olives. We got a pizza which was massively underwhelming. It was pasted in tomato purée and the mushrooms and olives were not cooked. They were literally... More

Feel at home the moment you step into this restaurant . Mario , his sister and her son treat you like family. Have never experienced such gastronomic pleasure from anywhere. It's not only the excellent food and wine but also the overall ambience and positive vibe of the staff sets you in a mood that that makes you think that... More

Take the first left coming down the hill from the Vatican Museum Steps and this Lively restaurant is facing you on the corner of Via Sebastiano Veniero and Via Santamaura. Magical Pizza, with a base so light and crispy it must be good for you ! Very reasonable prices and wonderful, friendly staff .

We went to this restaurant after several being closed midday. We were grateful the others were closed after having this experience. Service was outstanding, food was delicious and Maria made us feel at home.
