Just off campo dei Fiori, we were attracted by fresh pasta being made in the restaurant's window. While skeptical this might simply be a stunt to attract tourists, the pasta lived up to the expectations. Typical Italian home made pasta with very tasty sauces. Traditional decor make this a complete experience. Not cheap but still worth it.

The service here is a little frazzled and absent-minded, but the pasta is worth it -- we had fresh pesto on one, and Amatriciano on the other, and both were just fantastic. Plus you get to watch the little old ladies making the pasta by hand.

Hands down this is THE best carbonara I've ever tasted!! I've never liked it before, however when in Rome! The pasta is gorgeous, so fresh & cooked by a lovely lady in the front of the restaurant. The chocolate moose is incredible, the wine, just everything is wonderful here. We went back twice & are looking to come back to... More

Drawn to this place as we noted a elderly lady in a window cutting up pasta. Stopped to watch and took some photos. Decided to eat lunch. Enjoyed some great pasta and beer. Found the food served hot and tasted very good. Staff was efficient but they were very busy with the midday rush. A few more staff would have... More

This nice restaurant has in it's central part two italian women making fresh pasta that you can observe while you wait for your food. I had gnochi al ragù and it was really good, wine was also good. Service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was full, so it is comprehensible. I strongly suggest to make reservations before going... More

This is a great spot! Very skilled women pasta makers make the pasta right in the restaurant. We watched them while we sat in our seat and ate the pasta that They made. It was excellent. Very reasonable prices excellent service and a very Italian atmosphere. We would very highly recommend this restaurant.

Baffled why this place has good reviews. Food is awful, service is awful, place itself is awful. Only saving grace was the fresh made pasta - give me a plate of naked pasta and it would've been a higher rating. Long story short: girlfriend and I looked at TripAdvisor for a good spot to eat near Vatican City and found... More
