Seems to be where all the cool kids hangout. Pizza was nice enough (although a bit of a wait for a table as it was busy)and the atmosphere good - nice plate of nibbled with the drinks. We were amongst the Welsh Rugby fans straggling our way back to town and found the place welcoming, although the Roman obsession with... More

The bar is in a nice spot, but the service was incredibly slow, so slow that we were thinking about leaving without eating. We asked for a mixed salad but were disappointed: it was easier to notice the things they didn't put in the salad rather than the ones actually in it. Given the price, we would have hoped for... Popped in for a drink on the way back from dinner as this place seemed to be buzzing. I agree with some other reviews , service was grim especially from the person you had to pay before leaving. Drinks were ok but a bit over priced for the area. A visit to the ladies was abandoned it was dirty and... More

Very nice place - you can choose - to drink inside or in the park. Friendly and nice staff!! Mohito is exellent, wine is cool!! So our big company made very pleasant atmosphere for the evening. Pizza, pasta was really tasty!!! Good place for meetings!

I came across this place on my way back to the hotel and enjoyed its fun relaxed vibe. Sitting on the edge of a park with a great patio it is a nice place to sit as the sun goes down and enjoy the scene. The food was good as were the cocktails and the staff was very friendly.

We stumbled upon this bar on the way back from the rugby. More of a wine bar, also serves food. It was full of locals and very popular. They offer plates of free food (very tasty) when buying drinks. Friendly service and not very expensive.

On the way back from rugby at the Stadio Olimpico and called in for a drink. We found it to be dirty, untidy and over-priced.

The quality is normal, the price expensive. The location is quite good, particular. Good selection of wines

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
