This is not great pizza. poor quality ingredients and indifferent staff. So many great places to try for food in Rome; give this one a miss

My first visit to Mangiafuoco in Via Gallia was in 2013. The best ever food, personal service and delightful typical Italian atmosphere. As I usually stay in an apartment in Via Gallia, I use the restaurant often on visits. The last time was in August 2014, late summer, beautiful Rome and wonderful food on the side walk. I insist on... More

The food is excellent and the prices reasonable. The service is quick and the staff are gentle and well mannered. There are several kinds of pizza and other specialities. There are a couple of underground stops around.

Second time eating here as near our hotel. Comprehensive menu, something for everyone. Food was delicious, prepared as requested, house wine was more than acceptable! Service friendly and efficient, good value for money.

We have stayed in a hotel just around the corner of this restaurant. The guests are mainly Italian. The waiter and the host of the evening did not speak English, but we managed to communicate. The decor was traditional. As a welcome they serve some bread en prosecco.I had the ravioli with spinach and cheese which was delicious. My partner... More

I didn't like that place, the food was ok, but I was felling unwelcomed. Even if is located in a local area, seem that you are in the center of rome where the turists are just numeber that's it

We stayed a week in Rome and found this restaurant near our B&B on the first night. After a long day of walking and touring around on our own, this was 'home' for dinner. Great local place. Wonderful selections. We all (4 of us) fell in love with the wonderful thin crust pizza. It was such a treat to sit... More

We ate here when we stayed at the Best Western. We had a look when passing and it was full of locals. The food and service was excellent and good value.

I was recommended Mangia Fuoco by the lady we rented a flat from around the corner. It totally lived up to the recommendation and we ate there twice during the week were in the neighborhood. The food is generous, well cooked and tasty. It is not fine dining in the sense of elaborate dishes with attention paid to frills and... More
