We stumbled upon this little Italian gem by accident. The food was out of this world and the service second to none, the staff were so friendly and attentive. I would recommend to anyone

What can I say about 'i Clementini'? If you want magnificent service, fresh, authentic Italian cuisine then look no further! You have to visit this place! 'i Clementini' is by far the best restaurant Rome has to offer on this side of town! I'd highly recommend selecting a dish from the daily specials (waiter/ chefs recommendations) that they have to... We wandered in here while we were visiting the Basilica San Clement (across the street) and were pleasantly surprised. Great food, good wine, and although near the Colosseum it felt quiet enough. Recommend.

Me, my mom and sisters had a wonderful, fun and delicious dinner here. Andrea was the best host, entertaining yet very professional. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great and wonderful dinner!

I found that place according to TripAdvisor hence lt was marked very nice etc. We waited 35 mints out , but it was normal because we did not make a reservation. It was too long to have dishes, waitress missed or passed to ask main course. Very poor service with long delay . Even we thought they forgot us in... More

This little family run restaurant is well worth a visit. I was apprehensive about this place at first as from the outside it does look like a cafe. After reading several reviews we gave it a try and I was very pleasantly surprised. First and foremost the staff are among the friendliest I encountered on my visit to Rome. You... More

Me and my girlfriend went there before we entered the Colosseo, the waitress was very friendly and recommended us with the daily specials. We had the calamari,it was the best I have ever tried, the squid us very fresh and the deep fried later is very crispy.

We ate here as it was so close to our hotel and well scored. The restaurant was extremely bright and we were seated immediately. We were then visited by a waiter who spoke very strange embellished English, who was extremely pushy on the sales side. We were tired after a long day sight seeing and just wanted something light and... More

Very close to the Colosseum, in a neighborhood full of busy tourist restaurants, this was a delightful find. I chose one of the specials, pasta with a very delicate sauce, small bites of sea bass, zucchini, and a dusting of toasted almonds. I thought it was delicious, and a nice departure from the standard Roman menu. The bruschetta starter was... More
