They have very delicious siciliano lunch and great Canolli. Tasty fresh orange jus or pomegranate fresh jus. Small caffe. Prices are low. A few table outside and inside. Dirty restrooms. Like most of the resturant and cafes in Rome. I love this place. Close to...More

The tastiest pastries, cakes and savoury tastings. I can still taste the beautiful Arancini's and cannoli. Coffee is also very nice for an australian, great service and very friendly

This Sicilian cafe near Piazza Bologna has it all- bustling crowd, great assortment of pastries and gelato, friendly service, almost no one in the crowd speaking English (aka not a tourist spot). We stayed in the area and came here frequently-the ideal neighborhood cafe.

Have you ever heard about sicilian desserts? Granita, cassata, cannoli... Well, in Rome you couldn't find a better place to taste them! And, I reccomend the arancine too!!! Definetely a must!

Very good snacks in full Sicilian tradition, Arancine, Almond Milk, fried or oven baked snacks of all kind. The best, in my opinion, Sicilian street food in Rome, as for quality.

Mizzica is an authentic sicilian bar, pastry shop. Their cannoli's are absolutely delicious, they really can't be beat. A great selection of sicilian pastries and food. Located in piazza Bologna.

This Sicilian place was great for snacks and cakes. Due to our lack of Italian we found the ordering a bit tricky as you have to pay first and so have to explain what you want to buy without necessarily being able to point at...More

Every time I find myself in Rome I always make a stop at Mizzica for Arancini (rice balls) and granita with brioche. All the food is amazing and being Sicilian I can tell what's authentic. It's mostly locals eating there, that's another way you know...More

I think that here you can eat all Sicily stuff you want at cheap price. I suggest: granita, pizza. It's difficult to find place to eat. It is easier to take it out.
