This easy access spot is quaint but certainly uses its location to its advantage. My son and I had a cup of tea and an espresso plus what was advertised as a small pastry dish. The total was 38 Euro. Too high priced for what we got: what amounted to 3 cookies on a plate and no one checking up... More

We were in Rome for a week before taking a cruise and found this place walking by. It was by far the best place we ate in Rome. It was so good that once we got off the cruise ship, we took the shuttle back down town just to eat here one last time before heading home the next day.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Not only that this place serve old microwaved food, the waiter/owner of the cafe is extremely rude and dishonest. They charge double of what they quote on the menu and when questioned, when I questioned this, they said that what I ordered wasn't on the menu. When I proofed that it... More

With hundreds of restaurants in Rome to choose from, a random choice can be hit or miss. This choice was a big hit! In addition to fresh salads and design your own pizza, we were serenaded by a charming accordion player. Sandwiches and appealing desserts were also available. Service was friendly, prices reasonable and portions satisfying. Located near the famed... More

First place we went after arriving and were enticed in by very friendly waiter. He entertained the kids and made us all laugh. Food was average at best, with pizza very salty and salad served in a mixing bowl.

After a 3 hour guided tour for the Closseum, Palatin Hill and Forum, we were ready for a short rest and a meal. A short walk from the Colosseum, we sat outside, waiter was pretty attentive for Italian standards, we had a pizza Margarita and a pizza with ham and mushrooms. The beer was cold and tall and the pizza... More

If you decide to go here be very cautious what you order!!! These guys make a living ripping off unsuspecting tourists. I ordered the set breakfast, an extra coffee and an orange juice and was charged almost €40.. The prices seemed reasonable from the specials board out front but be aware that any coffees, drinks and extras will be charged... More

I was sitting at a table outside to have a coffee. Asked for wi-fi details and a caffe latte. I was charged 6.60€ for the one and only caffe latte I had!!A lousy coffe I must say. The price of a cocktail in Rome. I must assume the use of wi-fi is somehow considered offensive in this place, but I... More

We called here to grab some lunch after visiting the Colisseum. The restaurant was not terribly busy, but over an hour after ordering, and several promises of '2 minutes' our, at best, mediocre, food began arriving in stages. There were 6 of us, so not a huge party. We were also seated next to the unisex bathroom, which meant that... More

We called in this place after a long morning walk around the area. Despite our numbers(8) the waiter was very accommodating and friendly. We were served its a good variety of sandwiches to individual choice, cold beers, wine and smiles. We chose to sit on a small raised patio area just to the see of the bar front but despite... More
