We went here on the recommendation of our B&B host. We snuck in without a reservation because they were very nice, and offered us a limited time. The homemade noodles were great, with a pork sauce. We also had the special Roman deep-fried artichoke, and...More

For sure one of the best home made food restaurants in Rome. Small restaurant with cozy atmosphere, more than excellent Italian food. It is hard to find places if you don't have reservations. Must visit this place.

A whole in a wall, not worth discovering! Super rude host/ owner who believes she has the only Roman restaurant in a city comparable to New York City. When we entered there was hardly any space. She moved us to another area, and when a...More

Excellent traditional homemade food, good italian wines and servise. The worst thing is if you don't have reservation to find a place there.

Reading the many reviews of foreign visitors, I feel like laughing a bit. Not only don't they understand the whole concept of this place, but I find hard to believe that they get how good the food really is. I am Italian living abroad, and...More

Felt rushed. Was told that we could only have gnocchi and then once our meal arrived we noticed others had various different types of pasta. We are unsure whether this was due to us being tourists and not understanding the language however we will not...More
