Do not miss this in Rome! Take a taxi because it is a bit out from il centro. You will be happy you did! The corniglio with truffles is fantastic. The red wine from Marche is a perfect match. The family running this restaurant are...More

I want to start by saying that the review by another American should not skew your decision to come here. After reading about this place a few years ago in the NYT, I had it on my 'go to' list. It just so happened that...More

Very good quality. The restaurant has a lot of table but it never get too noisy. There's a lot of choice for vegetarians and all dishes are preprared with with fresh ingredients. The place is cozy and the staff is very polite and efficient. I...More

Been there for a business dinner: relaxed ambiance, excellent traditional roman cuisine, at a reasonable price. Most welcome, service was really quick, even when asked for the check. The only shortcoming was a limited choice of dishes, but this was amply repaid by their quality.

It is a charming little restaurant that serves traditional Italian food and a respectable price. Not rushed, neither were you left hanging around.

I was recommended the restaurant from a friend who lives in the neighborhood. When we entered the restaurant we were met by the Riccardo Mancinelli and his father, the eponymous Roberto. Our lunch began with lovely bruschetta with burrata and wilted puntarelle. For our first...More

In a city whose historic center is overrun with tourist hordes even in the lowest months of low season, "Roberto and Loretta's place" is a haven of Roman authenticity. It's in a neighborhood just outside the city's Aurelian Wall, less than a kilometer's walk from...More

We went here for a business dinner. The restaurant is quite spacious with a lot of tables and a proportionally adequate number of waiters, which makes the service excellent. The dishes we tested were all exceptionally good, very "roman" and many of them based on...More

The was a really satisfying meal, such good food, extensive menu, a lovely recommended wine, and excellent service. The three of us shared the entrees and all had a different fish dish for the main. Nothing out of place - a great night out!
