Food, 4.0. Service 2.0 Standard slow italian service. Great amatriciana and carbonara. I would go back. Not touristy at all.

Tasty Roma pizza-pasta. Good for tradition Italian food. Classic osteria. Our italian friends used to eat here a lunch. Affordable price.

We had a couple of great lunches here at this typically Roman place, right near to the Colosseum. Would recommend it to all!

Don't go to this place. The only thing worst than the food is the service. Frames with switch blades all around. A bunch of guys with tattoos, shaved heads and black shirts. Rude as hell. There is a million other places to go. Stay away.

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at

The story begins in 1899 when he created the restaurant a stone's throw from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele where it is one of the great markets of the city. In the 30's, Angelo Potetti in turn buy the restaurant. At the end of the 50s, gives it to his daughter Ilde. We will cook for more than 45 years. At the age of 84 years passes the stove to his son Stephen. After a few years it will sell, but the family story will continue as it will be one of the cousins to take the challenge, helped by two other friends. The angelino Bros were born. Today Angelino still remains a place of typical Roman cuisine. The restaurant is located in the heart of the Esquilino district, within walking distance of the Colosseum and San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Maria Maggiore. Eat us remains an authentic Roman experience.
