This place is well worth it. The portion size are well worth what you pay for. We got a pizza and pasta, the pasta came out and they mixed it up in huge parmesan cheese wheel hollowed out bowl. It was delicious. Another fabulous place...More

This hosteleria was recommended by our B&B host. It serves real Roman food and is off the 'tourist menu' trail. Service is impeccable and food is very good and reasonable. If you want more than pizza this is handy to get to, 10 minutes from...More

My wife and I did a tour of Italy on our "Where do we want to retire to tour" and Rome or last stop. This was recommended to us by my wife's co-worker and it couldn't have been a better choice. The restaurant has a...More

Hidden gem below street level. Owned by the same family for over 40 years. Food is fantastic. We sampled the menu, absolutely the most delicious brocoli and sausage ever! The lamb was cooked perfect! Everything we ordered was an incredible blend of flavors. Service was...More

Average restaurant near Vatican City. Local dishes available, with fair quality, and you can also have a crispy pizza if you prefer. Very friendly staff, good value for money, (spent less than 150 euro for a 8 people dinner), home made desserts. Below the level...More

Was recommended by our food tour and we really enjoyed it. Many locals eating there which was a good sign. Had the Antipasto Vegetables: delicious. Also had Carbonara: again delicious. Prices were reasonable.

Had dinner here recently, with two teenagers and a gluten free diner. It was a random choice but no regrets. The food and wine were excellent and the waiter helpful. Very busy with locals, so a good sign.

Having travelled around Italy for the last 2 months I can say it was the worst food and wine that I have encountered. Average Rome prices. Appears all food was pre prepared and not fresh.

This place was recommended to us and I would say was an pretty average restaurant. As with quite of few places in Rome, the service isn't always with a smile but efficient enough. My husband enjoyed his veal, it was very tender. My pasta was...More

Visiting Rome, we randomly selected this restaurant for dinner on my birthday. Great service, great wine and the best gluten free pasta of my trip to Italy! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is
the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in
a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is
a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and
wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every
shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and
gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but
that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
