Visited this bar twice during a 3 night stay in Rome. The selection of craft beers was excellent and the bar staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with recommending which beers to try. We didn't eat here but the pizzas did look very nice. A must visit place for any fans of craft beers.

Interesting and varied selection of beers (& no wines): a little too self consciously hipster for my taste in the beers although when it came to drinking it, it was delicious. Really good pizza, excellent bases and a good selection of both traditional and new toppings.

Only drank here, fantastic selection of craft beers from various countries, not cheap 6 euro a go but very good quality served by knowledgeable and helpful staff. Further to other recent review the place does have wifi should you require it

We were suggested to have dinner in this crowded pub in trastevere..it is no doubt the heaven for beer addicted (really good selection) but the food is ok..the pizza are very big and quite tasty...the artichockes cooked in three different manners in one dish!

Very good selection of beers. Ask the waiter for advices. Very good food as well. You should try their fried potato chips CACIO E PEPE with homemade ketchup.

Great spot for pizza in Trastevere, popular with the locals and with a great selection of craft beers. We came back again just to go to the bar!

Bir & Fud is an ideal place for beer tasting. A line of taps placed at the bar gives you the full overview of beers and the staff is quite friendly to guide you if you do not know much about beer. They also serve food at the back and it is possible to have a proper table. The prices... More

This is a great venue for a relaxing lunch in the Trastevere district - a craft beer and a pizza go well together. It is just across the Tiber and walking distance to Santa Maria Maggiore. Costs are very reasonable for Rome, and there is outdoor seating if the weather is suitable. If pizza is not to your liking then... More

We didn't eat here and instead sat at the bar for some beers. And what a selection they have. Fantastic bar for anyone who enjoys craft beer.

Staying in Trastevere

Neighbourhood Profile
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
