We were really exhausted after a long day of walking, and wanted something close to our hotel. We used TripAdvisor to fine this gem! We sat outside and were lucky to get a table. It was busy - but quite, and very quaint. The staff...More

If you are around Aventino you can have a dinner in this restaurant, the food is average, but the place is nice. Anyway Roman tradition is well represented and revisited. Can go but not too often.

We spend a huge amount of time in Rome every year. We have just never found a better restaurant in this wonderful city. First thing: YES, it is an extremely nice restaurant, but Emiliano and his staff are so inviting, sociable, unpretentious, helpful, and communicative....More

The menu choice was limited. The waiter then informed us of further choices which were unavailable. The pasta was undercooked irrespective of the 'al dente' excuse. I asked if the 'chicken' was breast meat. I was advised that it was. It was not. I made...More

Rome’s oasis. A neighbourhood made up of a patchwork

vibe definitely friends and family. Take a walk around
the Aventine and you’ll find a treasure hunt of
surprises like the clever little keyhole at the
Knights of Malta entrance (the only place you’ll find
