We visited Taverna Ozaziana tonight for dinner! The food was amazing. I have been to Italy many times and this was the next meal I have had in this country! The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. If you come to Potenza you must try this restaurant. We didn't look at the menu, they suggest food based on what... More

Decent food (nothing spectacular but solid pasta dishes & grilled meat, the pork is recommended) friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, decent price

After an exhausting day 'doing' the Amalfi Drive, we ended up at a B&B in Potenza, too famished to wait until restaurants opened at 7 PM. Our hostess called this restaurant, and the owner kindly opened early, served a meal of the best pasta I had tasted in ages, poured the best house wine ever, and - due to our... More

Simply delicious- I had the orecchiette, my boyfriend had fusilli...then pork chops. The wine was great and local, the food was incredible, the ambiance cute- would eat there again in a second and hope to have the occasion to again soon.

Real Italian food and the best we've had in Italy. The service and hospitality was also very good. Thank you Rocco for making our friends birthday so special. We would recommend this taverna if you want authentic Italian food. Angelq Roy Beryl & Byron

We went to this restaurant twice when we were staying in Potenza. It is good food at a good price. The house wine was very good value for money and the host was really helpful. I would recommend this restaurant if you would like a delicious home cooked Italian meal.

Excellent pasta, hand-made by the matriarch of this lovely, family-owned restaurant. My wife and I split the strascinati cacioricotta e crusc'k (a broad, flat local pasta with cheese and dried peppers) and another pasta dish with funghi and tartufo. Both were delicious. Good, cheap house wine (aliagnico) and warm, witty conversation with Rocco, whose English is better than our Italian.... More

The service was very good and very willing to satisfy us, every dish we tasted was excellent. The restaurant is not crowded, but traditional and quiet.

We stumbled across this restaurant on our 1 night in Potenza. The menu was extensive and the food that we had was delicious. We had a good night, we ate up big and thought that the meal was very good value for money. The host was friendly and helpful with the menu. The restaurant was quiet, probably 5-6 tables but... The food was good value for money for a restaurant. It was big but very quiet (only 2 other tables occupied) which we were told was quite normal at that time. We enjoyed our entrées of prosciuto followed by pasta and the house wine was good.
